New York Dental and implant center is a great office! I had a great experience from checking in with the friendly receptionist to having my teeth cleaned by Lauren who had a gentle hand, was very knowledgeable, and had a great personality. The office, waiting room and operatories were clean and nicely decorated. 😊🤗

I went here after starting my recovery journey and knew my teeth were too far gone and needed dentures. The dentist agreed and scheduled me 2 weeks later for a complete extraction of 20 teeth. I went in completely terrified, shaking, crying and almost walked out. They helped me calm my nerves while I was getting numbed up. Then the actual procedure happened. I was freaking out for now reason! Let me tell you guys they were awesome! My appointment was at 130 and I walked out at 215!!! Awesome place, and they take Fidelis! (If you know, you know) I haven't got my dentures yet but I have a feeling I'll be as happy as I was with the extractions!!

WARNING: Don't be fooled by the office's Good appearance, everything looks fine physically, until you actually check in. My experience at New York Dental & Implant Center was a total disaster. On the day of my first appointment, the front desk staff lacked any customer service skills. we waited an hour and a half before I finally asked what was going on, only to be told by a different receptionist that I had been checked in under the wrong name. After another long wait, I was taken inside, where the assistants started arguing about how many X-rays to take of my teeth. Once the X-rays were done, I was asked to return to the waiting room so the doctor could call me in. I waited another 25 minutes, only to be told my appointment was being rescheduled for another day. At my next appointment, I was taken to a room to see the Dentist; (Dr. Roberto Parra) walked in with an arrogant attitude, asking me questions but not allowing me to answer them. I told him I had pain in a molar and felt it was out of place; his sarcastic, offensive response was, "You are completely out of place." They told me I needed a deep cleaning before a root canal could be performed and that I had to wait for insur

Was my first visit there... staff and such made me feel pretty comfortable. i have extreme dental anxiety... they where considerate about it. Unfortunately,I haven't been able to come back since everytime I have a scheduled appointment...they cancel and want to reschedule... so i end up having to deal with the anxiety of having to go to sonething that constantly gets rescheduled... feeling like a lab rat being tested on how far im willing to go... extremely disappointed...keeping in mind I made the original appointment because im having dental problems. Pain and difficulty eating... i have had my last 3 to 4 appointments canceled by you... im guessing you don't want me as a patient... obviously dont care when you cancel my appointment about 4 times in a row.. kind of seems like you guys are double and triple booking time frames to make sure your appointments are filled.Then the rest of us aren't able to be seen...I wouldn't have given the 1 star review if it let me do less.

If I could make this a no star I would. Service on all three visits was extremely slow. Today they took the wrong patient back in my place and left me sitting 30 minutes to be seen. The hygienist was lovely but the dentist was awful. He was rough and muttering to himself. He poked at teeth that were not a problem. He was more concerned with how many things he could find wrong than addressing what was really wrong. This is my third and final visit. The dentist was sarcastic and rude when I mentioned my concerns. He was extremely unprofessional.
